European Indexes To Set BSE Trend Today

I expect the lack of corporate news and the relatively low liquidity on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) to shift investors' attention to international market news, Detyelin Yordanov, portfolio manager at Oprima Asset Management, told Profit.bg.
The deepening problems for a number of European and British banks will continue to weigh on these markets.
„The movement of the major European indexes will most likely continue to set the trend of the local market, which I expect to end slightly down," Detelin Yordanov added.
Three of BSE's four indexes ended yesterday's session lower. The SOFIX blue-chip index lost 2.6% of its value closing at 318.58 points.
The broader BG40 shed 1.67%, to 99.19 points, while BG TR30 skidded 3.73% lower, to 235.14 points. BG REIT was the only advancer yesterday, closing 1.67% up, at 45.56 points.
BSE's overall turnover came to nearly 3.4 mln leva. A total of 85 issues were traded on the day with 24 of the companies posting stock price gains.
