Trade in the rights of PRC REIT will kick off on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) today (January 19 ). A total of 585,000 rights have been offered for subscription. Each right will allow the subscription of one new share with 10 leva par and issue value.

If all rights get subscribed, the REIT will raise a total of 5.85 mln leva, while the capital will be increased from 5.85 mln leva to 11.7 mln leva.

The unused rights will be auctioned off on February 10, while the deadline for the subscription of the shares is set for February 25.

The shareholders of Fazerles AD will discuss on Tuesday (January 20) a change in the name of the company to Fazerles.

The final day for the purchase of shares in Sila Holding, which will allow shareholders to participate in the upcoming capital raise of the holding company, is set for January 21.

The rights of the company will be traded on BSE in the period January 26 - February 6. The number of the new rights stands at 2.09 mln, while each right allows the subscription of 1.3919 new shares with 1 leva par and issue value.

The capital of the company will be increased only if at least 1.455 mln. new shares get subscribed and paid.

The auction for the unused rights is scheduled to take place on February 17, while the final date for the subscription of the shares issued as part of the capital raise, is set for March 6, 2009.

The shares issued as part of the capital hike of Euroins will be subscribed until January 23 (Friday). The insurer is in the process of raising its capital from 10 mln leva to 12.5 mln leva through the issuing of 2.5 mln shares with 4 leva issue value each.

BSE's SOFIX blue-chip index lost 8.59% of its value last week, to 324.65 points, while the BG40 shed 6.08%, to 101.83 points. The two indexes have lost 9.48% and 5.55%, respectively, since the start of the year.
