Bulgarian indexes advanced significantly today and reached new highest ever levels.

SOFIX added 2.69% to 1610.35 points due to the large volumes transacted on the position of Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTC), and BG40 climbed 2.88% to 395.80 points, boosted by trade of Orgachim AD shares.

A total of 3 708 072 shares of BTC changed hands at 12.47 leva, or 12.95% up from yesterday, generating some 46.24 mln leva (23.642 mln euros) on the position today.

Orgachim hit a new record at 472.9 leva, and the average price rose 5.66% to 434.66 leva/share.

The stock of Himkpo AD was traded very actively today. It started at the maximum price limit for the day at 0.494 leva at which about 0.5 mln shares changed hands, and afterwards the price fell to 0.30 leva and below. A total of 1.21 mln shares, or nearly 9% of the capital was traded today at an average of 0.42 leva.

1,185 lots of Neochim changed hands today at an average of 60.80 leva, or 8.15% up from yesterday.

The stock of Albena AD climbed nearly 5% to an average of 121.91 leva after 1,080 shares were transferred today.

Chimimport added 1.94% to 14.70 leva on news that the Board of Directors has already determined the emission value per new share of the capital increase.

The stock of the Fund For Energy and Energy Savings REIT jumped 24.8% to 4.63 leva. 6,769 lots changed hands on the position.

On the other hand the stock of Gamacabel AS Smolyan and Cigarette Factory Plovdiv lost nearly 13% each, to 35.87 leva and 19.54 leva, respectively.

Meanwhile, the shares of Web Media Group advanced 12.25% to an average of 2.84 leva. Bids and asks on the position stayed at 2.65 leva and 2.90 leva respectively.

The stock oh Hidropnevmotehnika continued its hike after the strong H1 report filed by the company. The shares climbed 26.65% today to 138.24 leva.
