Severcoop – Gamza Holding’s 1Q Consolidated Loss at 20 000 Leva
Severcoop-Gamza Holding AD posted a consolidated loss in the amount of 20 000 leva for this year’s first quarter compared with 96 000 leva a year ago, according to the company’s report filed with the BSE.
The company’s revenues stand at 2.018 mln leva, not much different from the figures reported in the respective period last year - 2.07 mln leva.
Costs in the period decreased by 5.3 % to 2.093 mln leva against 2.211 mln leva reported in the same period last year. The company has a core capital in the amount of 5.348 mln leva allocated in 2.674 mln shares with a face value of 2 leva. As of March 31 shared capital stands at 19.067 mln leva.
Currently the company is controlling more than 50% of the capital of 10 subsidiaries – Record AD- Gabrovo, Vinprom AD- V.Turnovo, Dionisiy AD-Nikopol, Ribovadstvo AD – Rousse, Emos AD – Lovetch, Blatsa AD-Rakitovo, Perun AD – Razlog, Bullip AD – Sofia, Ustrem Agro AD – Sofia and Imoti EAD- Tryavna.
