Trade in the stock of REITs picked up on Wednesday and the turnover of this segment of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) exceeded 781,000 leva.

ELARG Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund advanced by 1.52% to 0.67 leva per share. The traded volume on the position amounted to 129,000 shares.

Bulland Investments' stock price went down by 5.88% to 0.80 leva per share after 46,635 shares traded.

The turnover on the position of Bulgaria Real Estate Fund exceeded 420,000 shares. The price of the stock remained unchanged at 0.75 leva per share.

Investors continues to sell off Fund Estates' stock. A total of 363,000 shares were sold on the day. The price of the stock shed 6.47% to 0.13 leva per share.

The traded volumes in ERG Capital 1 and ERG Capital 2 were also high. The stock of the two companies appreciated by 0.23% each to 4.41 leva per share.

Sopharma ended the day 0.43% up at 4.489 leva per share. A total of 54,450 shares in the company traded hands on the day.

SOFIX was the only advancer among BSE's indexes on the day. The blue-chip index gained 0.30% to 443.29 points. The losses of the other indexes were as follows: BG 40 (-0.02%, to 131.24 points), BG REIT (-0.26%, to 50.69 points) and BG TR30 (-0.24%, to 354.94 points).

BSE's overall turnover amounted to 1.46 mln leva. A total of 66 issues were traded on the day with 27 of the companies posting stocks price gains.
