Optimism on BSE Continues

Some of the stock traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) posted sharep rises on Monday.
The news on Central Cooperative Bank's (CCB) interest in acquiring a stake in Bulgarian-American Credit Bank (BACB) definitely affected the trade in the stocks of the two banks. CCB's stock appreciated by nearly 1.8%, to 1.315 leva per share after 103,463 shares traded. BACB's share price went up by 7.31% to 9.98 leva per share. The traded volume on the position amounted to 4,059 shares.
Investors continued to buy First Investment Bank's shares on Tuesday. The stock of the bank appreciated by 6.48% to 2.598 leva per share. A total of 17,449 shares traded hands on the day.
A total of 2.1 mln shares in Prime Property were traded on the day, accounting for a considerable part of BSE's turnover. The stock price of the company remained unchanged at 0.75 leva per share.
Eurohold Bulgaria (+2.16%, 0.90 лв.) and Euroins (+1.73%, 1.475 лв.) were also among today's advancers.
Trace Group Hold gained nearly 2% to 72.49 leva per share on the day, while Toplivo advanced by 6.61% to 3.87 leva per share.

Most BSE indexes posted gains on Tuesday: SOFIX (+1.52% to 383.18 points), BG 40 (+0.23% to 119.75 points) and BG TR30 (+0.59% to 321.18 points).
BSE's overall turnover came to 2.44 mln leva. A total of 79 issues were traded on the day with 47 of the companies posting stock price gains.
Moststroy was among the biggest decliners on the day slumping by 12.69% to 0.31 leva per share.
