BSE Indexes Post Mixed Weekly Performance

Three of the indexes of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) ended Friday's session down - SOFIX (-0.55%, to 353.31 points), BG REIT (-1.25%, to 40.34 points) and BG TR30 (-0.18%, to 264.30 points). BG40 was the only advancer on the day gaining 0.13%, to 100.13 points.
BSE's overall turnover came to 1.32 mln leva. The market for REIT's accounted for 809,000 leva, while the market for compensatory instruments made for 206,189 leva. The value of the over-the-counter deals amounted to 1.18 mln leva as at 2:40 p.m.
The weekly performance of the indexes is as follows: SOFIX (-0.25%), BG40 (+0.51%), BG REIT (+0.98%) and BG TR30 (-0.17%).
SOFIX is down by 1.49% in 2009; BG40, BGREIT and BG TR30 have lost 7.12%, 16.88% and 3.12% of their value, respectively.
A total of 16 of the companies included in the calculation of the broader BG40 index posted weekly stock price advances. Industrial Capital Holding was the best performer gaining 8.47%, to an average price of 3.2 leva per share.
Bulgarska Roza-Sevtopolis' average stock appreciated by 6.58% to 0.81 leva per share. Odessos Ship Repair Yard was the third best performer over the week.
