CB Investbank acquired 8.32% of card operator Transcard AD from Transhold Bulgaria Holding in a transaction on the block segment , BSE reports. 582,063 shares changed hands at 1 lev.

Another bank in the structure of Transcard AD is Tokuda Bank, which acquired 560,000 shares (8%) of the capital of Transcard in the February 5 trade session. The price then was 1.786 leva.

In August Sistek Holding transferred 610,000 Transcard shares (8.72% of the capital). The deal was made Augut 8 at 4 leva/share, or a total of 2.44 mln leva. In it Sistek Holding reduced its interest in the operator to 24.73% of the capital. The buyer was Fortalesa Finance.

After the changes, main shareholders in Transcard AD continue to be Transhold Bulgaria Holding and Sistek Holding, controlling 50% and 24.73% of the capital, respectively. Fortaleza Finance has 8.71%, Tokuda Bank has 8% , and CB Investbank now has 8.32%.

Transcard's stock is not among the very liquid issues on BSE. The last transaction was made October 2, when 40 shares changed hands at an average of 4 leva.
