On the second day of the closed mixed auction for the sell-off of 700,000 rights from the initial capital increase of ERG Capital3 REIT, a total of 68 493 of them changed hands. The amount generated at the auction today is 197 240.84 leva (100 847.64 euros).

19 deals were made at levels between 2.75 to 3.01 leva per right today, while yesterday a total of 627 008 rights (89.57%) changed hands.

The auction will continue till July 3 with just 4499 rights remaining unsold. Total capital raised so far is 1.928 mln leva (985 770.74 euros).

The company is increasing capital from 14 mln leva (7 158 086 euro) to 21 mln leva (10 737 129.5 euros) through the offering of 700,000 shares with a face value of 10 leva and emission value of 20 leva.

The number of rights issued is 700,000 and each of them entitles to the subscription of 1 new share. The deadline for subscribing shares from the capital increase is 26 July 2007.

Bulgarian American Investment Fund AD controls 70% of the fund's capital, Frank Bauer and Michael Hansberg have 7.86% and 7.50% respectively.
