The declines of the indexes of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) deepened today. The SOFIX blue-chip index shed 2.49%, to 290.57 points. The broader BG40 slipped by 0.91%, to 93.84 points, while BG TR30 lost 1.7%, to 217.34 points. BG REIT ended today's session 0.77% lower, at 43.89 points.

The indexes got off to a good start today and posted modest gains in the early session. The SOFIX was up by 0.26%, to 298.74 points, as at 11:00 a.m., while the broader BG40 gained 0.15%, to 94.84 points.

BSE's overall turnover came to 2.24 mln leva on the day, while the value of the over-the-counter deals exceeded 435,000 leva as at 2:25 p.m. A total of 85 issues were traded on the day with 19 of the companies posting stock price gains.

The traded turnover on the position of Bulgarska-Roza Sebtopolis amounted to 89,854 shares on the day. A total of 57,104 of the shares traded hands in a single transaction. The stock appreciated by 2.61%, to 0.55 leva per share.

Sopharma's stock price declined by 2.38% to 2.05 leva per share. The turnover on the position settled at 19,657 shares.

Some of today's decliners also included FIBank (-7.23%, to 1.27 leva per share) and BACB (-5.22%, to 8.9 leva). The stock prices of Central Cooperative Bank and Corporate Commercial Bank remained unchanged at 0.9 leba and 65 leva per share, respectively.

Chimimport ednded today's session 3.81% lower at 1.49 leva per share. Some of the other decliners were Monbat (-2.24%, to 4.4 leva), Lead & Zinc Complex (-1.05%, to 6.62 leva) and Holding Roads (-6.13%, to 2.25 leva per share). Treca Group Hold's stock depreciated by 2.35% to 30.27 leva per share, while Moststroy's stock price remained unchanged at 2.3 leva per share.

Eurohold Bulgaria's stock price dropped to under 1 leva today. The stock lost nearly 4% of its value, closing at 0.98 leva per share. A total of 49,223 shares on the company traded hands on the day.

Kaolin's stock depreciated by 1.58%, to 2.61 leva per share. Orgachim ended the day unchanged at 77 leva per share after 986 shares traded.

Enemona's stock gained 0.24%, to 7.1 leva per share. A total of 3,497 shares in the company changed hands on the day.

Energoremont Holding was among today's biggest decliners. The stock price of the company slumped by 48.14%, to 9.8 leva per share.
