Trade in four new capital increase issues will kick off on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) this week, while medical diagnostic center Biocheck will carry out a secondary public offering.

The new shares that will be traded on BSE this week were issued by Forucom Fund Estates REIT, Euroterra Bulgaria, Holding Roads and Exclusive Property REIT .

Forucom will raise its capital from 715,000 leva to 1.81 mln leva through the issuing of 1.095 mln shares with 1 leva par value each.

Holding Roads hiked its capital from 432,000 to 30.672 mln leva through the issuing of 30.24 mln leva which were divided among shareholders free of charges. The existing shareholders will receive 70 new shares for each old share.

Euroterra Bulgaria raised its capital from 7 mln leva to 91 mln leva through the issuing of 84 mln shares.

Exclusive Property's capital rose from 7.998 ml leva to 9.452 mln leva after the offering of 1.45 mln shares with 1.45 leva each.

Biocheck's shares will be traded on segment A of BSE's Unofficial market. The issue amounts to 930,900 leva divided in as many shares.

Trade in rights issued as part of the capital raise operation of Holding Varna A will continue until november 7. The company plans to hike its capita through the issuing of 3,136,364 common shares each with 1 and 22 leva par and issue value value, respectively.

The SOFIX and BG40 indexes dropped by 10.19% and 5.6% last week, while their losses for October amount to 38.7% and 28.88%, respectively.
