The Balkan Real Estate Property Week will be held in Sofia between April 14 – 20. The event will kick off with the second regional conference BalREc – Balkan Real Estate Conference – Bulgaria, Romania and Serbia on April 15 and 16 in Kempinski Hotel Zograsky.

It will be followed by the BalPEx – Balkan Property Exhibition, which will take place between April 18 – 20 in Inter Expo Center in Sofia.

The organizers' aim is to bring together investors, consultants, brokers, architects, and all other market participants. The event will cover all market segments – residential, industrial and vacation properties, office and commercial space.

This year's focus will be on the markets in Macedonia, Montenegro and Northern Greece, featuring discussions of the recent tendencies and expectations of their future development.

The BalREc conference will be followed by the biggest property exhibition on the Balkan – BalPEx. More than 150 key developers will be presenting their businesses on a 4,000 m2 area in Enter Expo Center.

The spring edition of the exposition will feature presentations of the best residential projects in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and other big cities in the country, as well as of holiday home projects in the mountain and SPA resorts in Bankso, Borovets, Pamporovo, Banya, Velingrad, Sandanksi, Pomorie, Kavarna etc.

Among these projects are Residential Park Sofia, Modera Residence, Roslin Park, Panorama City (Galata, Varna area), Borovetz Gardens, Aparthotel “Lucky Bansko”, Saint Toma holiday village, Riverside village and many others.

One of the biggest industrial park initiatives on the Balkans will be presented for the first time during BalPEx – this is Industrial Park Sofia. It is situated in the municipality of Bojurishte and covers an area of 1,000,000 m2.
